Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly Responsibilities: Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus About Company Welcome to the Grant Fetter Homes Team, where your journey in the real estate world is guided by the expertise and mentorship of veteran agent and sales professional, Grant Fetter.
