Your Responsibilities: Respond to inbound leads and engage in meaningful consultations Schedule and conduct property showings, buyer and seller appointments Draft and manage purchase agreements, listings, and offers Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM and client pipeline Participate in weekly training sessions and ongoing professional development

Who We’re Looking For: Active California real estate license Full-time availability with the willingness to follow up consistently Strong communication and interpersonal skills A team-focused mindset and a hunger to improve and grow Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is helpful, but not required
