At The Dixon Group, we take a hands-on approach with our training so you learn through examples and experiences. You will have the opportunity to shadow seasoned agents, participate in group training, and get personalized coaching on a weekly basis. We also invest in our agents by developing their personalized success plan, supplying motivated leads, providing industry-leading technology, and access to our strategic coaching partnership.

Being a real estate agent is a licensed position. If you have not started that process, we can help you get started on your licensing classes! When you are close to being licensed, you will start your training and get yourself prepared to hit the ground running!

This is a fully commission-based position

$80,000 - $175,000+

• Work in the office daily, Monday through Friday.
• Obtain and maintain a real estate license.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
• Work with your direct coach to develop your success plan.
• Learn everything involved in the real estate process.
• Shadow-producing agents participate in open houses.
• Build a pipeline of clients.
• Negotiate on behalf of your clients.
• Provide the highest level of service to your clients.

• Active Real Estate License or looking to obtain a license.

• Able to dedicate 40+ hours a week to building your business.
