Compensation: $50,000 - $300,000 Responsibilities: Know the local community well to answer questions about homes and neighborhoods. Follow up with leads regularly to keep growing the sales pipeline. Handle the full process from listing to closing to make sure everything goes smoothly. Work with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and help them close the deal. Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
