Responsibilities

•Manage and nurture incoming buyer and seller leads with consistency and care
•Conduct property showings, attend inspections, and guide clients through every step of the real estate transaction
•Provide clear and timely communication with clients, team members, and industry partners
•Maintain and update CRM with detailed lead notes, follow-up activity, and pipeline progress
•Collaborate with team members to problem-solve, share insights, and support shared goals
•Stay current with market trends, inventory, and local housing data to educate and advise clients effectively
•Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and coaching opportunities for continuous growth
•Uphold a high standard of professionalism, client service, and ethical business practices in all interactions

Qualifications

A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
•Organized and manages time effectively
•Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
•A successful and proven sales history is preferred
•Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently. Great communication and social skills
