Your Role as a Real Estate Professional:

  1. Maintain ongoing client relationships to maximize sales potential.
  2. Develop meaningful connections that create lasting client partnerships, leading to increased business opportunities.
  3. Consult with prospective buyers and sellers to identify their property preferences, then present homes that align perfectly with their needs.
  4. Conduct dynamic open houses to showcase our property listings.
  5. Manage the complete sales process, from initial listing through final closing, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions.
  6. Build your client base to create sustainable business growth.
  7. Become a market authority – master local community knowledge and market trends, confidently addressing questions about properties, comparable sales, and area characteristics.
  8. We train new agents on how to build their own successful teams and develop leadership skills.


Real Estate Professional Requirements:

  1. Minimum $3 million in production required.
  2. Maintain a technology-forward approach.
  3. Demonstrate superior communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  4. Show self-direction and goal-oriented motivation.
  5. Display outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
  6. Current Real Estate License is mandatory.

$48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
