Location: Mostly South King County, but we sell all over Washington Type: Independent Contractor (Commission-Based)
Are you a motivated, experienced agent ready to take your real estate career to the next level? Are you great with people, organized, and someone who  gets things done  without being micromanaged?
After 18 years of building a strong, referral-based business, I (a seasoned broker and team leader) am stepping back from daily production for a year—and possibly longer. I’m looking for a  high-performing agent  to step into an essential role on my team to keep serving our loyal clients with the level of excellence they’ve come to expect.
A Unique Opportunity: You’ll be stepping into a  trusted, established business  with a consistent flow of clients, not building from scratch. I’ll still be actively involved in the mornings for support and strategy, but will  not be in production  or available in person. You need to thrive in a semi-autonomous role and care deeply about doing right by clients.
