Compensation: $75,000 - $250,000+ yearly Responsibilities: Assist clients in buying and selling properties Provide guidance and support throughout the home-buying/selling process Manage a pipeline of buyer and seller leads Host open houses and property showings Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors Utilize in-house transaction coordinators Stay current with the local real estate market and industry trends Continue to learn and grow in your business. Qualifications: Must have an active  Tennessee and/or Mississippi Real Estate License  (or be in the process of obtaining one) Self-motivated, driven, and willing to follow proven systems. There are many different ways to sell real estate. Our systems are proven and if you follow our plan, you will see the success that you seek! Must possess a positive attitude/outlook Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You can't sell real estate without talking to people about real estate!
