•Represent both buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
•Provide market insights, pricing strategies, and negotiation expertise
•Follow up with leads promptly and consistently
•Conduct listing appointments, showings, and open houses
•Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other legal documents
•Manage client communications and timelines from start to close
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and the community

Qualifications

•An active Florida Real Estate License is required
•Minimum 1 year of residential real estate experience preferred not required
•Strong knowledge of the local market and real estate trends, and willingness to put in the effort to learn
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
•Self-motivated and goal-oriented
•Reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver's license
•High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
