As a Buyer’s Agent, you will guide clients through the entire home buying process, from initial consultation to the closing table. You will be coached on how to build stronger relationships, follow up consistently, and deliver a professional experience that earns trust and referrals. With access to proven lead systems, direct mentorship, and a collaborative culture, you will have everything needed to gain traction and keep growing.

Compensation:

$140,000 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
  • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
  • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale

Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A real estate license is required
  • Good communication
  • Sales experience
  • Must live within the greater Phoenix area
