You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Compensation: $75,000 yearly Responsibilities: Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Participate in the weekly team meetings Attend at least 4 classes a month at the market center or via Zoom Host at least 3 open houses a month, either with another team member or on your own Utilize Sierra International to the fullest Consistent ,continued efforts to connect with leads provided to you by the team and track all communications, smart plans, etc through Sierra International Qualifications: Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
