Compensation: 120000+ Responsibilities: Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction Qualifications: Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Show a track record of real estate success Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience About Company We are a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate team based in Central Florida, with continued expansion across the state.
