In this role, you’ll guide pre-qualified buyers through showings, negotiations, and closing, ensuring a seamless and positive homebuying experience. • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
• Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
• Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
