If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to advance your real estate career with rewarding commissions, we’d love to connect. Compensation: $140,000 at plan Responsibilities: Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
Qualifications: Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
