Compensation: $250,000 - $1,000,000
Responsibilities: Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing
Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings
Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
Market Domination:
Execute a proven business model to consistently outperform competitors and capture market share. Set and meet aggressive revenue and profit goals, building a team that generates over $1 million in GCI.
Team Leadership and Growth:
Recruit, train, and inspire a high-caliber team of agents to deliver results and exceed client expectations. Implement scalable systems to ensure your team thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
System Execution and Accountability:
Follow the Blueprint for Success, leveraging our proven processes to eliminate guesswork and maximize efficiency. Track performance metrics and hold yourself and your team accountable for meeting and exceeding targets.
Client Experience and WOW Service:
Ensure every client interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism, care, and results-driven service. Consistently deliver a WOW experience that creates raving fans and repeat/referral business.
Qualifications: Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
One year of work experience in real estate
Possesses a real estate license
Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
Proven track record of $500,000+ GCI annually.
A hunger to grow to $1,000,000+ in GCI and beyond.
Strong leadership skills with experience in building and leading successful teams.
Commitment to following systems and executing processes without deviation.

1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry.
Completes tasks quickly and efficiently.
