Compensation: $125,000 - $255,000 yearly
Responsibilities: Enter and update lead data in CRM
Use email templates and texting tools for client communication
Track and organize tasks and appointments for agents
Assist in setting up calendar appointments for buyers and sellers
Support team by maintaining organized client workflows
Monitor lead response times and report follow-up outcomes
Qualifications: Basic proficiency with computers and CRM systems
Real Estate License
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to follow standard procedures and timelines
Independent worker who can manage multiple tasks
