Listing Agent Opportunity – Team Growth


We are seeking a licensed real estate agent to step into a Listing Agent opportunity with a top-producing team. This position offers rewarding commissions, direct access to motivated sellers, and the proven structure needed to consistently build your listing pipeline.


As a Listing Agent, you will focus on appointments, building client relationships, and guiding transactions through to closing. With dedicated marketing resources and administrative support, you can concentrate on the activities that drive results and scale production with confidence.


First year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+.


You will collaborate with experienced producers and team leaders who are committed to mentorship and sharing strategies that consistently deliver success.

Compensation:

$140,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings
  • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals
  • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments
  • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price
Qualifications:
  • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
  • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
  • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
  • Real estate license required
