We’re looking for a motivated Listing Agent to join a high-performing real estate team that offers strong lead flow, personalized coaching, and a collaborative environment built for growth. Compensation: $140,000 at plan Responsibilities: Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched Lead follow-up Follow the team plan Attend team trainings Sales scripts and CRM mastery Qualifications: Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis Great communication Real estate license required About Company Elite operates out of one of the top-producing, flagship real estate offices in San Diego.
