Compensation: $130,000 at plan Responsibilities: Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home Follow the team plan Qualifications: Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Currently licensed in real estate Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Real estate license About Company Join the Amy Ruiz team at Keller Williams Foothills, a high-performing group focused on helping agents build a real business, not just a job.
