Compensation: $99,000 - $122,000 yearly Responsibilities: Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community

Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales

Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience

Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business

Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline

Qualifications: Top-notch time management skills and highly organized

Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently

A successful and proven sales history is preferred

Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
