Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing
•Represent buyers and sellers from first contact through closing
•Host client consultations, private showings, and open houses
•Create pricing strategies and run local market analyses
•Negotiate contracts and manage timelines
•Tap into company leads and builder inventory to close more deals
•Collaborate with the broker, marketing team, and fellow agents
•Participate in events and client outreach to grow your local influence

Bonus Points For:
•Experience in construction, land, or real estate investing

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table
•Active Florida Real Estate License
•At least 2 years of real estate experience or 9+ closed transactions in the past 12 months
•Familiarity with the Lee and Collier County markets
•Excellent communication, follow-up, and client service skills
•Comfort with technology like using MLS, CRM tools, mobile apps, and basic digital marketing
•A proactive, hungry, growth mindset
