We’re hiring a full-time real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. Responsibilities: Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected
Post job openings to all major job boards in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants
Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality
Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private
Own the recruiting pipeline from first contact to final handshake.
Seek out the sharpest agents and potential rockstars in the market, even if they don’t know it yet
Post, follow up, and manage top-tier listings across all major job platforms
Call and recruit other real estate agents from other companies who are in need of a great team, leads, training, and mentorship!
Sell the opportunity on the phone, through email, and face-to-face.
Coordinate interview schedules and keep every party informed with urgency and precision
Keep candidate info organized, confidential, and ready to access on demand
Track KPIs, deliver reports, and constantly improve the strategy
Speak confidently about our value, our brand, and why we’re the best team they’ll ever find.
Qualifications: Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services
Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
4-year college degree required
Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well
Great at time management and organization
You’re a communicator, on the phone, in writing, and face-to-face
You’re persuasive, persistent, and confident without being arrogant
You have at least two years of experience in real estate, inside sales, or recruiting
You’re organized, driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities without dropping the ball
You know how to use tech to streamline processes and scale efforts
You’ve got a degree and a drive to build something that matters
You understand culture is everything, and you protect it with pride
