Compensation:

$152,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update lead data in CRM
  • Use email templates and texting tools for client communication
  • Track and organize tasks and appointments for agents
  • Assist in setting up calendar appointments for buyers and sellers
  • Support team by maintaining organized client workflows
  • Monitor lead response times and report follow-up outcomes
Qualifications:
  • Basic proficiency with computers and CRM systems
  • Real Estate License or working toward licensure
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to follow standard procedures and timelines
  • Independent worker who can manage multiple tasks
