Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: • Active Arizona Real Estate License (Non-negotiable, Gotta be legal to be lethal.) • Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation (Because "Sorry, my Uber's late" doesn’t close deals.) • Familiarity with contracts, listings, MLS, and real estate transaction processes (We’ll train, but we won’t start from zero.)
