Compensation: $126,000 at plan earnings Responsibilities: Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
“Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License
Self-motivation and drive
Show good organizational and time management skills
Past sales experience is preferred
Technology driven
Great communication and social skills
