Sales Manager / F&I Manager - RV

We are looking for a sales manager who is energetic, enthusiastic, initiative-taking, and ready to guide an outstanding sales team to success. We need a sales manager with a proven track record of exceptional customer service, sales skills, and training abilities.

Job Responsibilities

Experience with internet and retail tools. Ability to forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis. Possess strong closing abilities and ability to work with lenders. Understands and keeps abreast of federal, state, and local regulations. Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure high standards are held for delivery to customers. Ensure that sales representatives understand and follow dealership policies at all times. Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with customers; subordinates and other management. Ability to train and be a leader to your sales staff. An effective manager is a great leader. Ability to perform F&I functions in the store. Must interact positively with and be an asset to all Team Members. Must be able to assist in every aspect of the sales process including selling the RV. Be actively engaged in the sale events, before, during and after the sale. Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package. Compensation is based on performance and is competitive with the retail market. The better you lead and produce, the more effective the pay plan becomes. Estimated Compensation range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually.
