Region Sports Network is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sports Media Sales Representative to join our team. In this B2B position, you will represent the Region Sports Network in the business community, fostering relationships with clients and promoting our sports media platform that reaches over one million people annually. We offer a flexible work schedule with remote opportunities, a competitive base salary, and uncapped commission, making it possible to earn $75,000+ in your first year. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing goals and identifying opportunities for collaboration.

Actively engage with the local business community to promote the Region Sports Network and generate new leads.

Attend sporting events and community activities to represent the company and network with potential clients.

Develop and present customized advertising proposals and solutions to prospective clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client campaigns.

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth for the Region Sports Network.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM system.

Qualifications: Minimum of two years of B2B sales experience, preferably in media or advertising.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of client satisfaction.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sports and media.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.

Compensation and Benefits: Salary plus uncapped commission structure, with first-year earnings potential of $60,000 - $75,000+.
