The Opportunity
This is your opportunity to take ownership of our channel sales strategy and spearhead growth across South America. As the face of our brand in the region, you will be responsible for building and nurturing powerful relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers. We are looking for a strategic relationship-builder with a deep understanding of the South American market and a genuine passion for the motorcycle industry. What You'll Do Channel Development & Management: Serve as the primary relationship owner and strategic partner for all channel accounts. Develop new major accounts, negotiate profitable contracts, and build long-lasting partnerships that drive mutual growth. Drive Sales & Revenue: Develop new business with existing partners and identify areas for improvement to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas. Strategic Forecasting & Reporting: Forecast and track key account metrics, delivering data-driven quarterly sales reports and annual forecasts to key internal and external stakeholders. Be a Trusted Advisor: Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, from on-the-ground staff to C-level executives, ensuring our solutions are delivered successfully and meet their needs. Territory Growth: Collaborate with the wider sales team to identify, develop, and capitalize on new growth opportunities within the South American territory. Problem Solving: Act as the key escalation point for challenging client requests, working swiftly to find resolutions that protect client relationships and company interests. Required Qualifications Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory. 2+ years of proven channel sales experience specifically within the motorcycle or powersports industry . Demonstrated experience conducting business and closing deals in South American markets . A valid driver's license with a mandatory motorcycle endorsement . Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. Preferred Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Zoho CRM) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel). Experience selling to franchise retailers.
