What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage the tactical performance of the Account Executive team, utilizing tools and metrics to monitor performance and drive improvements - Develop and implement territory plans to enhance performance trends and increase same store growth/scan volume - Provide ongoing sales training and development for the sales team, fostering a collaborative learning environment - Collaborate with the VP of Physician Sales to forecast regional performance and review variances - Participate in operational and sales meetings, leading discussions and presenting data-driven insights to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - At least 3 years of sales and marketing leadership experience in a healthcare environment or relevant field - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time - Strong business acumen and leadership skills - Proven ability to drive sales performance and lead change management initiatives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Master's Degree - 5 years of sales and marketing experience in a healthcare environment or relevant field - Prior experience in Radiology and/or Oncology
