This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that drive revenue, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across our sales, parts and service teams.As key member of the leadership team, you will oversee a diverse group of employees ensuring alignment with company goals while fostering a high-performance and rewarding culture. or related industryProven success in leading and managing multiple dealership branches and scaling teams for growthExperience working with municipalities or other government entitiesSolid mechanical aptitude with knowledge of parts and equipment repair processesPrevious responsibility for managing a P&L and demonstrated ability to achieve financial resultsAdvanced experience using MS Office suite and dealer management softwareExperience creating and executing strategic plans that lead the team towards meeting organizational goalsExperience building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customersPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Operations:In collaboration with leadership team, prepare annual operating plans, goals and objectives for the Service and Parts departments in each branchProvide direction and support to the Parts and Service departments in each branch to ensure they are working in alignment with company objectives and key annual operating plans (AOP)Monitor branch/department goal progress and keep each team updated on progress and key performance indicatorsImplement process improvements, training and other measures as required to improve overall team efficiencies and drive business growthStay up to date with industry changes that impact the Parts and Service departments and/or customers and communicate applicable information effectivelyBe highly involved in the branch's day-to-day operations and partner with the teams on any challenges or obstacles needing resolutionPartner with HR department to hire and onboard new team membersConduct regular team meetings with each branch to provide updates and act as the liaison between head office and the branchPlan, supervise and coach departmental managers to assist in employee development and positive branch growthEnsure a "safety first" culture and ensure all branch and road operations are conducted in compliance with Health & Safety regulations and policiesEnsure each facility is well maintained and make recommendations to leadership on capital improvements to ensure a positive and well-branded customer and employee experience within the facilityParticipate in training and/or industry events as requiredSales:In conjunction with the leadership team, establish short and long-term strategic plans and objectives for the territory consistent with the overall corporate strategic planReport and analyze market conditions in the region and provide recommendations to the leadership team on strategies and plans to grow market shareEstablish annual goals and objectives for the sales representativesDevelop, monitor, and assess KPI's/scorecards for sales representativeReview current and historic metrics to determine growth and territory strategyPartner with marketing department to develop key sales and promotional campaigns for the regionLead and provide coaching to support sales effortsMeet with customers to understand their requirements and help tailor solutions to meet their needsSupervision of Others:Direct Reports will include a combination of Service Managers, Parts Managers, PSSRs and Regional Sales ManagersWHY WORK AT JJE?Talented, dedicated and passionate team to work withExceptional best-in-class products and service offerings for our customersCharitable Giving ProgramEducational Scholarship ProgramTuition ReimbursementOur Core People Values Leadership, Customer Excellence, Integrity, Inspiration, Teamwork, Innovation and AmbitionIf you are looking for a new opportunity, then we at Joe Johnson Equipment welcome your application.
