Regional Fleet Sales Coordinator

Champion Xpress Carwash is seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and sales-driven Regional Fleet Sales Coordinator to join our team. This individual will focus exclusively on building and growing fleet account partnerships across assigned territories. The ideal candidate is passionate about outbound sales, excels at relationship building, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Note: This is not a fully remote position. The role requires regional travel to fleet customer sites, local businesses, networking events, and regular in-office or team meetings. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required based on event or client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Fleet Account Sales & Development
Prospect, pitch, and secure new fleet partnerships (e.g., delivery companies, government agencies, small business fleets).
Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to decision-makers, highlighting Champion Xpress’s fleet wash solutions.
Customize fleet programs to meet each client’s needs and demonstrate ROI.
Guide customers through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth account setup.
Sales Reporting & CRM Management
Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) to document interactions, maintain pipeline visibility, and manage leads.
Track sales activity, customer interactions, and account follow-up cadence.
Provide regular updates to leadership on regional performance, wins, challenges, and opportunities.
Account Management & Growth
Maintain regular communication with existing fleet customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
Resolve service-related issues quickly and effectively to retain accounts.
Monitor account usage and implement strategies to increase wash volume from current partners.
Community Engagement & Networking
meetings, industry conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and promote the fleet program.
Build relationships with business owners, fleet managers, purchasing departments, and vehicle operations teams across the region.
Event Support & Brand Representation
Support fleet-focused demos and sales events as needed.
Help coordinate marketing materials, signage, and promotional items for fleet outreach.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Fleet Sales Growth:
Number of new fleet partners signed per month
Increase in wash volume from existing accounts
Revenue generated from fleet accounts (tracked via Sonny’s + CRM)
Sales Activity Metrics:
Number of cold calls, in-person meetings, and follow-ups logged in CRM
Follow-up cadence and lead conversion rates
Corporate Partner Expansion:
Growth in multi-location and high-volume fleet partnerships
Upselling of existing accounts to higher-tier programs
Community Engagement:
Participation in networking events, business expos, and fleet trade events
New leads generated from community/business involvement
Qualifications
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or fleet services sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and CRM skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently while staying aligned with team goals

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
