Position: Regional Sales and Marketing Director - Assisted Living

We are seeking a Regional Sales and Marketing Director to support Marketing and Admissions Coordinators in screening referrals for Assisted Living Facilities across Illinois. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and requires approximately 90% travel.

  • Eden Vista Burr Ridge
  • Eden Vista Hoffman Estates
  • Eden Vista Prospect Heights
  • Eden Vista Rock Run
  • Willow Falls

Sales and Marketing experience in an Assisted Living Facility is a must! Individuals without this experience will not be contacted

  • Our Admissions Team Staff establishes a presence by representing our facilities to all area hospital discharge planning teams to screen, evaluate, and recommend patients for our Assisted Living facilities.
  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
  • Provide insights to Executive Management about appropriate strategies to grow the Census, including introducing Care Specialties, Operational Changes, etc.
  • Directs all daily operations, including providing direct oversight of establishing and implementing referral initiatives.
  • Overall admission process oversight
  • Admissions team management
  • Census calls and conversion management
  • New hire interviewing and training
  • Admission software, systems know-how, management, and training
  • Back-up coverage models
  • Financial verification management
  • Insurance information, process, authorization, and portal management and training
  • The transition of care communication
  • CRM oversight, management, and training.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Assisted Living Facility.
  • Regional or multi-facility leadership experience required.
  • Proficient in PointClickCare (PCC) and WellSky (Wellhome).
  • Proven experience in sales team management.
  • Background in insurance and case management.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of driving reputation repositioning.
  • Ability to independently evaluate and pursue new market opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills with senior leadership, clinical teams, and executive management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of current healthcare industry trends.
