Canteen, a division of Compass Group North America, has a Regional Sales Director position available. This position will focus exclusively on "new business" development as an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update territory database
  • Develop territory strategy to maximize sales
  • Making sales calls with prospective customers
  • Identify problems customers are trying to solve
  • Collaborate with Regional Vice President to achieve KPI's

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated, inspired to produce and to earn

  • Excellent communication, both verbally and written
  • High value on building strong customer relationships
  • Track record of exceeding sales quota
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles needed to close deals
