This role involves managing, leading, and developing our Central region Post Sales Team of Cybersecurity Technical Account Managers (TAMs). Our TAMs actively drive and manage the post-sales process with both direct and channel customers. The Director will develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for cybersecurity. Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and develop the TAM team to ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout all sales stages. Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue in cybersecurity. Be organized and analytical, capable of overcoming sales obstacles with creative approaches. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers within enterprise organizations. Monitor sales trends to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Collaborate with departments like Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations to increase revenue. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity sales. Successful sales track record with enterprise accounts, preferably in the central US region. Knowledge of effective sales techniques and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable engaging with all organizational levels, from C-level executives to technical staff. Willingness and ability to travel throughout the U.S. central territory (Midwest, Great Lakes, TX, OK). Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
