We are looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Director to join the US Sales Team. A Regional Sales Director will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers and selling UVeye automated vehicle inspection technology to auto dealerships in their region. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the workflow of each department of a dealership, demonstrate success in selling complex solutions and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

A day in the life and how you'll make an impact:

Drive, manage and execute the business and revenue plan of a sales region Recruit, hire and train Area Sales Managers members Prepare forecasts, territory management, and growth plans Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and referrals Travel within the regional territory to work with your team to generate prospects, build trusted relationships with prospective customers, demonstrate our product and close business. Enforce the sales process, from initial contact through demo, contract negotiation and closing Effectively utilize Sales Technology (Salesforce, Hubspot, Highspot, etc.) including tracking all activity and leveraging reports and sales tools. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and proper hand-offs to the rest of the org. Represent the company appropriately in the field, at conferences, and during Dealer Demo Days Requirements

Requirements Minimum 8 years as a sales leader in the automotive space selling into dealerships. Proven success selling solutions or services to dealerships, with a deep understanding of dealership operations. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goals Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and manage a high-performing sales team. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Experience in executing a formal sales process, from approach/prospecting to closing Experience using a CRM methodically for sales success, preferably Salesforce Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (drive & fly) Applicant Must Reside along the East Coast Bachelor's degree preferred Benefits we offer: Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision. UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 -$140,000. In addition, this position is also eligible for Bonus.
