Responsibilities

  • Drive, manage, and execute the business and revenue plan for a sales region
  • Recruit, hire, and train Area Sales Managers
  • Prepare forecasts, territory management, and growth plans
  • Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and referrals
  • Travel within the regional territory to build relationships, demonstrate products, and close business

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years as a sales leader in the automotive space selling into dealerships
  • Proven success in selling solutions or services to dealerships with a deep understanding of dealership operations
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goals
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM methodically for sales success
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience executing a formal sales process from prospecting to closing
