About the Role We're looking for a Regional Sales Director, East to lead and grow our network of independent rep agencies, distributors, and OEM partners serving the architecture, interior design and product design communities. This isn't just a management role—it's a chance to be the connector, motivator, and creative strategist that helps bring ekoa into spaces where sustainable design matters. You'll work closely with motivated rep groups, equip them with tools and knowledge, and open doors in the A&D, OEM, and end user worlds that drive real impact. What You'll Do Lead and inspire distribution partners & independent rep groups to hit sales targets and expand market share. Own quarterly/annual sales targets and keep CRM system pipeline data up to date. Build strategies to increase ekoa adoption in architecture and design projects. Train and support rep agencies, distributor reps, and partners so they're fully equipped to champion our products. Track trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities and guide product direction. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, materials, partnerships, and events. Show up in the industry—attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to expand awareness of the ekoa brand and grow connections. Evaluate & evolve our rep network to support aggressive, sustainable growth. Maintain alignment with company policies and industry regulations. Collaboration & Culture Partner with Marketing, Product, and Executive teams to align sales with our broader mission. Help shape internal processes that streamline sales, tracking, and project management. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications We know that not every great hire "checks every box," so if this sounds like you—apply even if you're close but not exact: Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 5+ years of A&D-targeted sales experience (product or sales team management experience a big plus). Strong working knowledge of sustainable certifications (LEED, Declare, Climate Pledge 2030). A record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in an A&D driven sector. Excellent communicator and presenter. Willing to travel ~50% of the time in the Eastern region. Proficiency with CRM/PM software (salesforce,hubspot), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite. Bonus skills: Strong presentation and negotiation chops. Strategic planning and execution expertise. Deep understanding of A&D products and sustainable design. Networking and relationship-building savvy. Comfort with budgeting and financial management. Decisive problem-solving ability.
