Job Description
The Regional Sales Director Leader will lead a team of Payment Solutions Market Managers and is a People Leader position. This role will report to the Regional Senior Vice President of Sales and is responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical initiatives in the Branch and Small Business segment defined as companies with under $2.5M in revenues. Additionally, a successful Regional Sales Director will work to continually improve the sales process to optimize outcomes, become an industry expert and trusted advisor internally and externally, work cross-functionally across the organization, and provide an exceptional experience for our customers.
This Regional Sales Director will lead a team around the Nevada and Arizona markets. Some traveling may be required. Must reside within a reasonable distance to either the Las Vegas or Phoenix office center.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support, guidance, strategy and coaching to direct reports
Develop a winning team through recruiting, hiring, and mentoring
Monitor and report on sales activity to regional sales management
Execute successful sales campaigns
Successfully manage client escalations and issues
Grow and maintain productive partner relationships
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically eight to 10 years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Strong leadership presence: ability to inspire and communicate vision of excellence
Considerable knowledge and experience in payment processing
Problem escalation and resolution skills
Excellent customer service and follow up skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Team player with excellent collaboration skills
A well-established pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity is critical to being successful in this role
Ability to manage and execute multiple priorities effectively
