Market and sell specialized GSE products to airline, maintenance base, OEM, and third-party customers within assigned territories. Position may also include management of Agents and equipment Service Centers within the territory. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Establish new and maintain existing relationships with customer base within designated region to profitably grow AGSE/Westmont business. Use AGSE Sales Process (to be trained on later in 2020) Owner/Participant in Quote thru Post-Sale Process Implementing AGSE Strategy in region (to be determined in 2020) - Process Utilize existing and new segments to manage and grow business – Direct customer engagement by segment – (OEM, MRO, Airline, Dist., OEM Airframe) Trade shows Service Center Training Responsible for AGSE Planning and Forecasting Develop and Implement Customer Engagement Plan (tied to Strategy Above) - Targets/Wallets Administer Legal Document review process (as necessary) Responsible for the development, consolidation and dissemination of market intelligence in order to improve our processes Competitive information AGSE Engineering support and feedback within region Responsible to act as AGSE/Westmont “in region” representative as requested - (Receivables, Sourcing, New Service Center ID, etc.) JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in Engineering and/or Marketing of Related Aerospace Products Ability for 40% Travel both International and Domestic Ability to Recommend Creative Solutions to Customer’s Unique Requirements Ability to Effectively Communicate External Customer Requirements to Internal Departments Ability to Forecast Future Business Requirements and Recommend New Products Ability to Write an Effective Marketing Plan Excellent Interpersonal and Professional Skills Computer Literate Engineering Degree Desired. Technical certifications or related experience will be considered. Preferably prior experience related to Aviation GSE, Maintenance Equipment and/or Tooling. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to finger, handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds.
