The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Regional Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities: Responsible for leading and executing sales strategy, driving new business development, and expanding existing client relationships across the New England region. Manage and coach a team of sales professionals and producers, ensuring alignment with company goals, client satisfaction, and revenue growth. Lead with deep insurance brokerage experience, a strong network in the region, and a proven track record of team leadership and revenue generation. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance brokerage or related industry, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams across multiple locations Deep understanding of commercial lines, employee benefits, and specialty insurance products Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced industry certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM, CLU) preferred Strong knowledge of the New England insurance market and business landscape Benefits: Company Paid Life Insurance, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability.
