Regional Sales Executive - Class Actions, Mass Torts

Our client, a legal technology firm, is looking for a Regional Sales Executive to drive growth in their plaintiff-side law firm vertical. This role focuses on developing and managing a defined territory, generating new business, and expanding existing client relationships within the eDiscovery and SaaS space. The ideal candidate has a successful track record in field sales, particularly within legal or tech-focused industries, and excels at building client trust, closing deals, and meeting revenue goals. Strong communication, CRM proficiency, and consultative selling skills are essential. This is a remote opportunity open to candidates across the U.S.
What You’ll Be Doing
Territory Development: Take ownership of a defined region and drive it toward its full revenue capability
Sales Execution: Create and implement detailed sales strategies aimed at exceeding revenue quotas; monitor progress and pivot approaches as needed
New Client Acquisition: Proactively source and engage new potential clients; convert leads into opportunities to grow active accounts and revenue streams annually
Account Expansion: Maintain and grow existing client relationships; develop account plans to optimize satisfaction and cross-sell opportunities
CRM & Reporting: Maintain clean, organized data in the CRM; regularly submit accurate forecasts and progress reports
What You Bring
Several years in sales, with some years of outside/field sales experience
Background in managing a geographic sales territory and cultivating account relationships
Proven success meeting or beating sales goals
Experience working with plaintiff-focused law firms
Knowledge of SaaS, enterprise-level platforms, or adjacent tech offerings
Bonus Points
Skilled in consultative sales techniques and value-based messaging
Strong at presenting, negotiating, and relationship management
Able to independently identify and pursue new business opportunities
Excellent multitasking and organization abilities across accounts
CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce)
Expected salary for this role is up to $150,000 commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
