The Regional Sales Executive (RSE) is an integral part of the sales team in helping create, drive, and manage evolvedMD’s customer pipeline. The RSE is responsible for developing and executing dynamic sales activities and campaigns through telephonic, online, and in-person outreach to ultimately generate high-quality leads and accelerate a sales-ready pipeline. Building and maintaining relationships across the sales cycle with both administrative and clinical professionals in the primary care space is essential to long-term success. Overall, this role will drive new business opportunities in the Northeast and close existing pipeline prospects as a collaborative member of a closely aligned team. You're Most Likely a Fit If You have a growth mindset and are impact- and goals-oriented Have proven success working through long sales cycles and complex systems with multi-tiered decision makers You are a problem solver and align with evolvedMD’s values of Connect + Collaborate, Innovate, Deliver, and Grow You enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and understand the power of diverse voices and experiences coming together to create optimal solutions for our customers, patients, and communities You’re a self-starter, disciplined and outcomes-focused This Isn't for You If You don’t have an entrepreneurial, “own your own business” mindset You prefer for warm leads to come to you and rely on others to give you constant direction You have no interest in leveling up your skills or devoting time to your personal and professional development Fast-paced and often-changing environments make you uncomfortable Your Expected Deliverables New Business Discovery + Development Develop and implement strategic prospecting and outreach plans to take ownership over market to drive new business Educate, influence, and successfully articulate evolvedMD’s unique approach to behavioral health integration to prospects, healthcare industry professionals, and customers Research, relationship map, and review data to identify key decision-makers within healthcare organizations and build connection and value to drive contract closings Utilize various channels for proactive prospecting including phone, email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and follow up with contacts from medical group conference meetings and other events Conduct outbound outreach to cultivate, develop, and convert high-quality sales leads in the healthcare space, mostly primary care focused medical groups, health systems and some independent practices Manage any relevant inbound leads from customer referrals and marketing and drive them through the sales process Participate in relevant conferences and trade shows Support RFP processes in collaboration with internal subject matter experts Conduct follow-up activities after sales meetings, including data collection and follow-up calls Timely and accurately document activities in Salesforce to manage pipeline through the sales cycle Consistently meet and exceed sales and business development activities, new meeting, and pipeline close expectations
Brand Ambassadorship + Marketing Collaborate with Marketing team and VP of Sales to develop materials and campaigns designed to drive lead generation and pipeline movement Act as a brand ambassador, evangelizing our brand externally both online and in-person
Internal Partnership + Collaboration Assist VP of Sales and other internal stakeholders with cultivating and leading a best-in-class selling culture throughout the company Drive regular communication with the VP of Sales and Chief Commercial Officer regarding sales opportunities and proactively address issues
About You At least five (5) years’ relevant sales experience required, experience with calling on health systems and/or medical groups preferred Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Economics, or Finance preferred or any commensurate combination of work and education experience in lieu of degree Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with ambition to achieve/exceed evolvedMD’s revenue ambitions. Strong oral and written communicator with high-level knowledge of Microsoft Office products Ability to overcome objections in a creative and professional manner, driving home evolvedMD’s unique value proposition Possess independent judgment and ability to prioritize and manage workflow autonomously CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) experience preferred Your Key Collaborators VP of Sales (Direct Manager) – Oversees all revenue generating initiatives, customer acquisition, and business development Chief Commercial Officer – Oversees commercial strategy and initiatives including corporate and revenue development, strategic planning, and payor relations Account Managers – Peer team members focused on customer revenue optimization, engagement, satisfaction, and retention Compensation Base Salary + Variable Compensation Range: $120,000-200,000 annually (DOE) $1,200 annual technology allowance 401(k) company match up to 3% Location Remote-based position and open to candidates based out of Northeast metropolitan areas Travel 30-50% Reports To This position reports to evolvedMD’s VP of Sales
