We are currently seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Leader to drive growth and strengthen relationships across a defined territory. This remote, field-based position is crucial to expanding our presence with dealers, integrators, and end-users while showcasing our comprehensive range of security solutions. Join us in achieving sales targets, launching innovative products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Regional Growth: Develop new business opportunities through trade shows, prospecting, and strategic partnerships with dealers, integrators, and distributors.
Customer Engagement: Deliver compelling presentations, identify customer needs, and propose tailored solutions that address their challenges.
Channel Development: Foster relationships in direct and indirect sales channels to enhance market presence.
Market Expansion: Explore and pursue new vertical markets, collaborating with product teams to adapt solutions for emerging needs.
Training & Enablement: Equip partners with knowledge on product strategies, market trends, and sales techniques to drive performance.
Feedback Loop: Serve as the voice of the customer, providing valuable market insights to internal teams for product enhancement.
Technical Collaboration: Work with support teams to resolve issues and ensure outstanding customer experiences.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in security/technical sales and management.
Successful track record in B2B sales with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong understanding of security technologies, including cloud-hosted and on-premises surveillance and access control solutions.
Experience with selling SaaS and navigating complex sales cycles.
Willingness to travel extensively (50-60%) and work on classified projects requiring clearance.
Comfortable managing confidential information and engaging with high-level stakeholders.
Compensation: Base Salary + Variable Compensation = Total Compensation
