About The Role
As a Sales Manager at Glean, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will play a critical role in driving the sales strategy, managing the sales process, and ensuring the success of your team.
You Will
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities for team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Maintain a strong understanding of Glean’s products and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
About You
5-10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a sales management role. Experience selling at a startup or a similar fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. A growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
