  • Midwest Region: Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, Western Pennsylvania

  • Rocky Mountain Region: Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico

About the Role

We are seeking two driven Regional Sales Managers to lead sales efforts and manage accounts in key U.S. territories. Each manager will oversee a portfolio of dermatology product sales across assigned states, working with their teams to call on distributors, dermatology practices, and key opinion leaders to drive growth and strengthen market presence.

Responsibilities
  • Own revenue growth and sales strategy within assigned region

  • Work with your team (coaching, hiring and firing) to build, maintain, and expand relationships with dermatology practices, distributors, and partners

  • Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities

  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training for dermatology professionals

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure customer success

  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and regular reporting

  • Represent the company at regional and national trade shows, events, and conferences

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

  • 5+ years of proven sales management experience, preferably in dermatology, medical device, or healthcare products

  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding team sales targets

  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills

  • Comfort with frequent travel within assigned region (50%+)

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while aligning with company strategy

Base Salary: $130,000.00 - DOE

On-Target-Earnings: $300,000 - uncapped
