United Connect is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead business growth in energy solutions, power systems, and industrial equipment sales across New York . This role focuses on developing new business, strengthening client relationships, and capturing market share in the energy technology and power generation space.
In this role, you’ll manage a defined sales territory , build strategic partnerships, and execute growth strategies for energy systems and industrial power solutions .
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a territory growth plan to exceed revenue targets.
Build relationships with engineers, contractors, and executive decision-makers.
Collaborate with marketing to introduce new energy products and programs .
Manage leads, accounts, and reporting within the company CRM/ERP system .
Analyze competitors and identify new market opportunities .
Deliver insights and feedback to improve customer experience and profitability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required)
5+ years of B2B sales or territory development experience
Knowledge of energy systems, power solutions, or industrial equipment
Proven ability to manage a pipeline and close deals
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities
