We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead both sales strategy and a high-performing team across the restaurants sector in Houston, TX. If you’re a strategic sales leader with a passion for coaching talent and deep hospitality experience, this is your opportunity to shape the future of dining. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to exceed regional revenue goals. Own and execute a regional sales strategy focused on new business acquisition and market expansion. Guide full-cycle sales efforts: prospecting, solution demos, proposals, and contract negotiation. Build strong relationships with restaurant operators—from GMs to C-suite. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and implementation teams. Represent NCR Voyix at industry events and trade shows. What You Bring 5–8+ years of B2B sales experience, including people management in a quota-carrying environment. "Hunter type" of personality Proven success in leading teams and managing complex sales cycles. Experience in payments processing, SaaS , or enterprise software sales . Strong understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality tech trends . Executive presence, negotiation skills, and CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred). Willingness to travel up to 70% within the region. Bonus Points For Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus). Familiarity with solution-based selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC).
