Regional Sales Manager – Valves & Flow Control Responsibilities
Identify, target, and establish new customer relationships while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
Manage assigned geographic territory to meet or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
Conduct site visits to understand operational requirements; provide tailored product and technical solutions that improve reliability and efficiency.
Market and promote a broad portfolio of valve, actuator, and flow control products to generate new opportunities within the region.
Develop comprehensive product knowledge and effectively communicate the advantages and specifications of our solutions to clients and prospects.
Regional Sales Manager – Valves & Flow Control Position Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical sales or sales engineering within an industrial environment, with a preference for experience in valves, actuators, controls, instrumentation, or fluid handling equipment.
Proven ability to call on refineries, manufacturing facilities, or similar industrial sites.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Strong knowledge of product applications, design specifications, standards, and codes relevant to fluid control solutions.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Reside in the Northeast Region and be willing to undertake frequent local travel to client sites and industry events.
Self-motivated, results-driven, with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
