We are a home care agency working with senior care clients and caregivers throughout the Bay Area and we're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee the performance and deliverables of the local outside sales team ("Home Care Community Partner"). Territory stretches from Walnut Creek/Oakland (East Bay) to Santa Rosa (North Bay) to Palo Alto/San Jose (Peninsula). The Regional Sales Manager will drive revenue growth across multiple sites by leading, coaching, and managing the Home Care Community Partners located in each office. This role focuses on building referral relationships, executing sales strategies for territory growth, delivering on team KPI metrics, and ensuring consistency in brand presence and messaging across all territories.What You'll Be Doing: Leadership & Team ManagementDirectly manage and mentor Home Care Community Partners in each assigned office.Hold team accountable to activity-based KPIs (referral calls, partner visits, networking events, etc.) and revenue targets.Conduct weekly 1:1s and team sales meetings to review performance metrics, pipeline health, and referral activity.Provide ongoing coaching on sales techniques, territory planning, and relationship-building strategies.Ensure consistent implementation of Hillendale's sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting standards.Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute regional sales plans aligned with growth goals.Monitor referral pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes to identify trends and opportunities.Collaborate with office General Managers and Client Care Managers to align goals with operational capacity.Partner with the Marketing to support territory-level campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives.Track and analyze sales performance for each territory, providing regular reports to senior leadership.Relationship DevelopmentStrengthen and expand professional referral networks including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, senior living communities, and other community partners.Accompany Home Care Community Partners on key client and referral partner visits to reinforce relationships and close high-value opportunities.Represent Hillendale at regional events, trade shows, and community partner engagements. RequirementsExperience, Skills, and Education: 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in home care, staffing, or similar industries with high-volume outside sales opportunitiesProven success managing multi-location sales teams and exceeding revenue goals.Strong knowledge of home care, senior care, or healthcare referral sources.Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship management skills.Proficiency with CRM platforms and data-driven sales reporting.
