Responsibilities
Manages sales in line with budgeted financial performance.
Assists in the preparation of financial projections and develops a plan for achieving the goals set out in those projections.
Determine market strategies, goals, and customer needs within Regional area.
Demonstrates the ability to answer questions, research problems, and resolve issues.
Review completed sales reports from Sales Managers.
Prepares and analyzes reports for regional and corporate offices. Identifies trends, issues, and proactively implements problem resolution strategies.
Creates a positive work environment. Attracts and selects high caliber employees, while consistently maintaining qualified staff of Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.
Actively assists General/Branch Managers in managing the performance and motivation of Sales Managers and sales staff.
Monitors, analyzes and communicates monthly sales data to corporate office.
Maintains sales levels to generate adequate revenue and meet goals.
Qualifications
College degree preferred. Experience supervising, coaching and developing staff. Must have experience with sales, marketing, and office administration. Able to handle multiple tasks, be detail oriented and work independently. Five plus years experience in a management position. Experience in Pest Control or route-based industry a plus. Intermediate computer skills.
